At Interplasp, we continue to bet on a more efficient and environmentally respectful way of producing.
We reaffirm this commitment with the renewal of the AENOR Environmental Management ISO 14001 certification, a further step in our roadmap toward a more responsible industry.
What Is the AENOR ISO 14001 Certification?
It is an international standard that certifies a company effectively manages its environmental impact. It includes practices focused on pollution prevention, compliance with current legislation, and the continuous improvement of resource use and production processes.
AENOR, as an accredited body, is responsible for verifying compliance with these requirements through regular technical audits.
A Commitment Not All Companies Achieve
Obtaining, and maintaining, this certification is far from a mere formality. It requires investment, constant review, and a strong commitment to improvement. In fact, less than 10% of Spanish companies hold the ISO 14001 certification, according to AENOR. At Interplasp, that effort is already paying off: we have reduced our CO₂ emissions by 15.9%.
We keep working for a future with reduced CO₂ emissions
At Interplasp, we understand sustainability as part of the way we work. Every improvement counts. We continue to move forward with a committed team and a clear vision: to do things right, today, and with tomorrow in mind.
